Most of our projects fall between $50,000 and $250,000, depending on scope, materials, and site conditions. We provide fixed-price proposals after the design phase so you know exactly what you're investing before construction begins.
Do you handle permits and inspections?+
Yes — we manage all municipal permits, engineering when required, and pass every inspection. You never call the town.
How long does a typical project take?+
From signed contract to enjoying your space, most projects run 6–14 weeks depending on scope and season. We share a detailed schedule at proposal.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. We partner with financing providers so you can spread investment across manageable monthly payments. Options are shared during your consultation.
What warranty do you offer?+
Manufacturer warranties on all premium materials (many are lifetime), plus a written Black Oak workmanship warranty on installation.
Are you licensed and insured in New Jersey?+
Fully licensed home improvement contractors in NJ and carrying general liability and workers' compensation. Certificates provided on request.
